We sat down with one of the newest members of our team, Manish Hataria, who joins Kalpavruksh Technologies as a D365 Business Central Lead.

Question: Tell us a bit about your career so far and how it led you to Kalpavruksh?

Answer: After completing graduation, I got an opportunity to start my career as a Navision Trainee. I liked the way Navision maps the business requirements with integrating other applications, and it motivated me to take Navision as my career path. My further experience with NAV broadened my outlook on how the business process maps with the system, how the things are carried systematically, and validations are imposed for the elimination of Errors affecting business processes.

I have around 8 years of experience working with Microsoft certified Partners on various Navision projects for Europe and North America regions. The projects involved NAV implementations and customizations, requirement gathering, up-gradation of NAV Databases, Web Service integration, and Apps & Test Apps Development.

Working for diversified clients from Software companies, Steel plants to Food & Wine Industries with their successful project execution, on-time deliveries and appreciation were my motivational factors.

Question: What will your new role involve and what are you most looking forward to?

Answer: My role would be working with a variety of Business Central Localizations and integration of third-party Applications with coordination of consultants and development teams for smoother execution of projects. I am looking forward to the integration of applications with Microsoft Business Central 365.

I always look for the possibilities of learning new technologies for simplifying the business process. Till now, I was involved more in the development side but now would like to explore its functional part as well.

Question: Tell us something interesting about yourself.

Answer: In my spare time, I read comics, mystery & horror stories, which I find adventurous. I like to travel and love to visit historical places. Every 6 months, I plan for a trip.

Friends describe me as an optimist person, committed towards the set goals. Also, I like to debate with friends over social/political issues. Apart from all these, I keep myself updated with the current affairs and happenings over social media.
