The new update comes rich with a host of new productivity features, service features, mobile features, and features for analytics.

You can now view contextual information about your customers, vendors, while you work on Outlook.
The CRM App for Outlook is positioned to empower you with utility, productivity, and data while working with the familiarity of Outlook that you are used to. Track incoming and outgoing email on the move (all you need is access to a browser). CRM data that relates to each email can be tracked on desktops, laptops, and on phones.
You can also link incoming and outgoing email with existing CRM records (like linking emails from a potential client to opportunities, leads, accounts, etc.).
Needless to say, each relevant email can be linked to an existing or a new CRM record. You’ll also get data pertaining to CRM records, as linked to emails (like creating new records or changing existing records).
Stay updated about your contacts or opportunities no matter where you are, on the go, and anytime. Preview CRM contact records, find the information you need (like phone numbers or previous orders), and access lead information on the go. With the new app, it is also easy to directly create new records from your email contacts.

Integrating Excel
Thanks to the complete integration of Microsoft’s suite of products, the tight integration leads to numerous benefits for users. For instance, there’s no need to fire up excel separately and leave your Microsoft Dynamics Interface to analyze data.
CRM 2016 makes it possible to access your own templates, and tons of other possibilities such as ad-hoc analysis, quick report run-downs, tabulating data, exporting/importing data, and editing can all be done right off the Microsoft CRM Dynamics Interface (with the latest CRM online 2015 Update 1, or later).
OneDrive for Business
We’ve come a long way with the way documents are stored and shared online. With OneDrive, you’d be able to create, use, edit, and share documents with teams, vendors, and clients seamless.
With every email, CRM entry, and contact, you’d now have access to contextual information. Store and share documents in CRM from your personal OneDrive. Additionally, you can view documents that have been shared with you.
Now all your documents are stored in one place.
Email Signatures to Web client email
This has been a long time coming. With the new updates to Email (including Outlook itself), you can now save time on your email correspondence and add a professional touch to your email by using the revamped email signatures. You can also create separate signatures (one being default) if you’d like to.
Office 365 Groups Enhancements
While Office 365 Groups with CRM was already introduced by Microsoft, the latest CRM online update allows you to share information related to CRM accounts (leads, opportunities, contact information, and more) with other team members even if “they don’t have access” to CRM online.
Prior to this release, you’d have had to create new groups for every CRM record if you wanted to collaborate with your team. You can now set and connect an existing group with as many CRM records as you’d need to. Project team members added to a project are automatically added to that project’s group.
