Innovation – be it with products, services, or even the way business is done or how employees are trained – is central for a company’s growth.
Organizations that have a vision, innovate constantly and strive to find a balance between the practicality of business and the creative pursuit of innovation tend to thrive in the face of volatility and uncertainty of markets.
In fact, it’s innovation that also helps the company’s deal with certain inevitable Black Swan events.
Businesses succeed when they flow with the changes, adapt technology, adapt to changing workplace dynamics, and think ahead of what the market tends to throw at them.
As Chris Ducker puts it, “Innovation could be the singular point of differentiation from one business to another, everything else being the same.”
For us, at Kalpavruksh, Innovation is important for our company’s development and creativity.
Whether we strive to provide specialist services with respect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM offerings, technology resources outsourcing, or other related services, our focus on innovation helps us remain productive, efficient, and provide stellar services for our customers.
As we work across, industries, our developers work together as teams while still being able to dig deep into their individual skills to provide services in new ways, work with new technologies, and to help serve our customers better.
As such, we are launching a dedicated Internal Innovation workshop that constantly strives to bring innovation into our company’s culture.
Kalpavruksh announces Dynamics 365 Proof of Concept competition (PoC)
Our dynamics 365 Proof of Concept (PoC) competition is the flag bearer of our innovation workshops where teams of a maximum of 4 members are selected and put to task.
Objective:
Each team is to build a Proof of Concept demonstrating the features of Dynamics 365 entities, Powerapps, Flow, PowerBI and Cortana (AI), etc. The PoC should use at least 4 CDM entities.
What Are Teams Tested On?
The teams are tested on cohesiveness, teamwork, creativity, and how they get all the moving parts together to work in tandem to create products that make a difference to the company or on how they add value to the service offerings made to clients.
Each PoC will be evaluated for technical depth and use of advanced features of Dynamics 365 (e.g. Cortana, Custom Web API development, Customer Insights functionality).
Of course, the winning teams will not go unrewarded. We’ll offer rewards for the top contenders (teams) to help them stay motivated while we do know that our developers are even more motivated just for the opportunity to work with cutting-edge, new-age technology such as Dynamics 365 along with Cortana (AI).
Respective team leaders and the directors of Kalpavruksh will make the final decisions on the strategic use of chosen and applicable PoCs, the practicality of the solutions, and the above-mentioned criteria.
We are excited about our Internal innovation workshops and how it plays out in the long-term to add more value to our delivery processes, systems, and services.
