For businesses, every new year is an opportunity to grow, to learn, to expand, and to dig deeper into innate potential.
At Kalpavruksh, we are always looking to ahead of ourselves, to achieve, and to make a difference to every employee, contractor, client, and even associates.
The first quarter of 2017 has been an exciting time for us – for both ourselves and for the world around us — and these are precisely the reasons why:
Artificial Intelligence Is Here to Stay
Although we are mentioning it now, Artificial Intelligence has been slowly making its way from a fancy thought experiment to mainstream technology. In the year 2014 alone, more than $300 million was invested in AI startups Worldwide, according to Bloomberg.
According to Gartner, by 2018, it’s expected that more than 6 billion connected devices will proactively work in the customer support arena.
It is expected that by 2020 , more than 85% of all customer interactions will be managed without a “human” in sight.
AI has finally come of age and is here to stay. We believe that it’ll only get bigger. We, at Kalpavruksh, are going to make early inroads into the world of Artificial Intelligence with Cortana and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
We can’t wait to see how the new AI flavor plays it out with the already capable and robust CRM offerings from Microsoft Dynamics.
Our Streamlined New Strategy
Our new strategy for this year and beyond focuses squarely on Microsoft Dynamic Partner services, especially with CRM, and allied services.
This will put us in a position to attract new talent and develop strong core competence in these new-age requirements for companies in Europe and other parts of the world.
We are going Places
For long, we’ve been huge advocates of technology. In the area of XRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, outsourcing, Technology evangelism, and now Artificial Intelligence. We’ve been regularly publishing about these, sharing tips and insights on our blog, and creating many resources to compartmentalize and share our insights.
This year, we are taking our advocacy one notch up.
We plan to attend Microsoft conferences in Lisbon and Amsterdam to engage with a much wider audience of partners, clients, technology experts, and industry gurus.
By doing this, we also expose Kalpvarkush to a wide swatch of opportunity in terms of customer acquisition and to give birth to a series of strategic partnerships with a global array of Microsoft partners.
There’s a lot cooking Inside
As a company, we are often pushed farther into the realm of technology by own, home-bred innovation.
Our internal competitions challenge the way our developers work. By challenging ourselves, we turn vulnerability into opportunity. In the process, we often end-up with “proof of concept” demonstrating the various features of specific tools such as Dynamics 365, related entities, Powerapps, Flow, PowerBL, and Cortana (AI).
We can’t wait to see what our developers will now come up with given that some of the best technology is available for them to play with.
The first quarter has been terrific for Kalpavruksh. What do you think about the arrival of AI and Microsoft’s suite of CRM tools?
