A hospital chain – with a specific Cortana AI & Dynamics CRM setup — helps analyze out-patients load and helps staff doctors accordingly to ensure smooth operations.
This predictive analysis and recommendation engine also help our client to reduce operating costs while giving them what they need to provide better customer experience (such as drastically reduced waiting times for patients – whether are waiting to be checked in or on their way out through billing).
